PSN and Pintar Commit to Continue Building Satellite Capacity in Indonesia

JAKARTA, April 10, 2020 – PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (PSN) together with its shareholders, PT Pintar Nusantara Sejahtera (Pintar), are committed to continuing to build satellite capacity in Indonesia. PSN President Director Adi Rahman Adiwoso said that PSN Group remains committed to building a new satellite to fill the 113º East Longitude (BT) orbit slot which can meet the digital communication and broadcasting needs of the Indonesian people.

“Currently, the company has analyzed and has a number of satellite designs that are very effective and cost efficient using the latest technology,” said Adi Rahman in Jakarta.

Adi is confident that satellite development can contribute to digital progress that is evenly distributed in the country. “We emphasize that we will continue to build efficient satellite infrastructure and meet the needs of the Indonesian market. With that, we will achieve our goal of becoming the largest satellite capacity provider in Indonesia. We expect Indosat as our partner in the Nusantara Dua satellite project to participate in this commitment,” concluded Adi.
