Entering the operational year of 2018, PT. Telekomunikasi Seluler Regional Papua and Maluku (TELKOMSEL PUMA) held an Evaluation Forum and Workshop held in Bandung on February 8-12, 2018. This forum is a performance evaluation event for TELKOMSEL partners during the operational year of 2017 which aims to improve communication services in the future. Some of the partners who participated include PSN, AJN, Metrasat, Telenet, and Patrakom.
Not only showing a flashback of the problems that occurred in 2017 and also the action plan that will be carried out in 2018, TELKOMSEL also gave appreciation to competent partners who showed the quality of their services. At this event, PSN received an award as THE BEST IDR VENDOR OF ICT REGION MALUKU PAPUA.
The award was presented directly by Muhammad Idham Kadir, as GM ICT Telkomsel Regional Maluku Papua to Muhadi as Head of Network Operation & Maintenance Division PSN, and witnessed by Samuel Pasaribu (VP ICT Network Management Telkomsel Area PAMASUKA – Papua, Maluku, Sulawesi, Kalimantan)
Hopefully this award will be a driving force for the PSN team to continue to be the best, solution-oriented, and responsive in providing communication services to customers wherever and whenever.
